COMPANY OVERVIEW

Updated 03.02.2010

Summary:Despite being a new entrant to the world of public companies (it came out with an IPO only in 2007), Neutral Tandem has scored decently in its Board of Directors and Senior Management section as well as its Internal Control Environment.

Neutral Tandem can align its Director and shareholder interests better and provide additional disclosures in its SEC filings.

On its Internal Control Environment, the company has a few deficiencies that can easily be cleaned up.What is striking is the absence of overpaid executives or high perquisites granted to senior management that are commonplace for public companies.

On the Social and Environmental front, the company is still in a nascent stage. Reporting needs to increase and key metrics need to be tracked. An increased disclosure level in this area can speak volumes on the maturity of a company.
